They are sold individually and come in: pink, green and white. The hearts are hand stamped with a heart design. The tin message tags are riveted onto the heart and the wood bead add a farmhouse feel to the twine cord.

Please note; the heart is single sided and painted on the front side only, the back of the heart is natural tin.
