A small handmade tin heart created to celebrate Grandma — personalized just for her.

Each ornament includes three small pink child hearts, and each small heart is stamped with one grandchild’s initial (one initial per heart). The first three child hearts are included in the price. If you have more than three grandchildren, you may purchase the add-on to include additional hearts. You will receive one heart per initial provided (not extra hearts beyond what is needed). To keep the design balanced and visually clean, a maximum of seven child hearts can be added to each ornament.

The name plate can be stamped with Grandma, Nana, Gigi, Oma, or another preferred variation.

Each heart is hand cut, stamped, and finished one at a time in my studio, turning simple tin into a meaningful keepsake she can hang, display, or treasure year after year. This personalized Grandma heart makes a thoughtful Mother’s Day gift, a keepsake for a new grandma, or a simple way to let her know she’s loved.
