Any access or use of www.wallflowerhg.com signifies your consent to the following terms and conditions.

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. If you order more than one item and one of the items has a longer processing time both items will be shipped together at the longer time. For details, see individual items.

In stock items will ship within 3 - 5 business days.

Shipping

To try to keep the shipping prices affordable; I offer Canada Post standard shipping on small items only. Standard shipping can not be traced and does not come with a guaranteed delivery date.

I use Canada Post Expedited parcel on all other items, if you choose the standard shipping option for these items, I will automatically upgrade it to Expedited.

I offer free local delivery/pick up in the Edmonton area, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove and Sherwood Park.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

Canada Post has already warned that the shipping system is under heavy strain please order early and manage your expectations as the holidays approach. Once an order is identified as "shipped" it's literally out of my hands. Avoid disappointment and order early.

Covid 19

Please be aware that because of Covid 19 most shipping companies have suspended their guaranteed timelines and packages are taking a little longer to arrive in their destinations. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Wallflower H&G ships via Canada Post and other carriers. Made to Orders items, will be shipped in 1 - 2 weeks of the order being placed. Orders of stocked products will be shipped as soon as possible during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, Mountain Standard time. If there is a delay in shipping your item I will notify you.

Wallflower H&G offers free Local Pick-Up or Drop Off to customers in Stony Plain, Spruce Grove or the Edmonton, AB area. You can see this option in the cart prior to checkout.

 

Shipping – Keying Error

If a parcel does not get delivered due to a keying address error on the end customers part I can not be responsible for cost associated for replacing the order or reshipping that order. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. I am a small business and can not absorb costs due to errors beyond my control.

Wallflower H&G is not responsible for undelivered, miss-delivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. Packages that get returned  because of an incorrect address can either be sent back at the customers expense or you can forfeit the item . THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If it is not, contact me immediately to correct the address.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs


Refunds and Exchanges

I kindly ask that you contact me regarding a return or exchange of an item.  I will not accept any returns delivered to me without written communication and agreement prior to the return..

Wallflower H&G does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return is the customer’s responsibility.

Wallflower H&G does not refund or replace any tin items with rust, scratches and dents, that is part of the antiquing and distressing of the piece or any wood pieces with cracks, nicks, knots, or chips this is the unique feature about wood, and gives each piece it's own unique and rustic touch.
