The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. In stock items will ship within 3 days.
Wallflower H&G ships via Canada Post. Most orders of stocked products will be shipped as soon as possible during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, Mountain Standard time. If there is a delay in shipping your item I will notify you.
Wallflower H&G is not responsible for undelivered, miss-delivered due to incorrect address, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit. Packages that get returned because of an incorrect address can either be sent back at the customers expense or you can forfeit the item . THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS SENT BACK TO US BECAUSE OF AN INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO ENSURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If it is not, contact me immediately to correct the address.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs
Refunds and Exchanges
I kindly ask that you contact me regarding a return or exchange of an item. I will not accept any returns delivered to me without written communication and agreement prior to the return..
Wallflower H&G does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return is the customer’s responsibility.
Wallflower H&G does not refund or replace wood pieces with cracks, knicks, knots, or chips this is the unique feature about wood, and gives each piece it's own unique and rustic touch. Wallflower H&G does not refund any tin items with rust, scratches and dents, that is part of the antiquing and distressing of the piece and again it part of the art piece.
